AnePi privacy policy

AnePi is provided by Anekay Apparels LLC. This policy describes the information AnePi processes when a merchant installs and uses the app.
Information from Shopify
When a store installs AnePi, we receive:
- Shop name, shop contact email, currency, timezone, and Shopify plan name
- Product and variant records used for pricing, including titles, prices, compare-at prices, and inventory
- Order history for up to 24 months, limited to order date, line quantity, unit price, shipping amount, variant id, and product id
- A Shopify session for the staff member using the app, including that person's Shopify user id
AnePi does not collect a customer's name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
How we use it
We use this information to recommend prices, apply the price changes a merchant approves, schedule those changes, and keep a history of instructions for that store. The shop contact email is used for operational notices about the app. We do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
We keep store data while AnePi is installed. After a merchant uninstalls, Shopify notifies us to delete that store's data, and we delete the AnePi records for that shop. Because we do not store customer personal data, a customer deletion request does not require a separate customer record to be removed.
Where it is processed
AnePi is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West US 2 region. Shopify stores the merchant's own shop data on Shopify's platform.
